The packaging was awful. It looked like someone just tossed my order into a box and called it a day, zero care, barely any protection, just full-on “good luck surviving the trip” energy. Definitely not what I expected, and I wouldn’t order again.

My first impression wasn’t great. I ordered a stamp and figured the instructions would walk me through everything, but once I actually tried to use them, I hit a spot that just wasn’t explained clearly.

The guide felt really basic, and of course the part I needed help with was the part it skipped over. I reached out to support, but they only sent me a link back to the same page I was already looking at, and it took a while to get that response.

Maybe it’s fine if you already know what you’re doing, but as someone trying it for the first time, it was frustrating. Based on that experience, I wouldn’t order again.

I’m not sure if I’m being too picky, but the embossing was hard to read. The lines looked a bit blurry to me, so I couldn’t really make out the text properly.

As a total beginner, I found this hard to get into. It didn’t feel very beginner-friendly, and I was expecting a bit more guidance or explanation to help me along. It might work better for someone with some prior experience, but for me, it was a bit overwhelming.

I tried using sweetstamp.online it was just really awkward. The pages felt confusing, and I kept having to click around way too much just to find basic things. It gave me that “here we go again” feeling, like another site that makes simple tasks harder than they need to be.
Maybe it works fine for some people, but for me it wasn’t straightforward at all. I stuck with it for a bit, but after running into the same kind of hassle over and over, I got tired of it and gave up because it was taking way more time than it should have.

I’d say only go for this if it really matches what you’re ordering. The custom stamp I got was mostly close to what I sent over, and at first I was like, okay, this is fine. But then I noticed a few small details that just didn’t line up the way I expected. It’s not terrible or anything, just kind of disappointing because I thought it would be more accurate. Still usable, though.

I returned my order expecting the refund to be straightforward, but it’s been a hassle. From my experience, the process has taken way longer than it should, and I still haven’t received my refund.

The stamp itself was fine once it finally showed up, but wow the shipping was so slow. I kept checking the tracking and it felt like it just wasnt moving at all. Not the worst thing I've ordered or anything, but I probly wouldnt order from them again if I needed it anytime soon.

After trying it out, I don’t feel like the quality or overall experience matched the price. It’s not terrible, but for what I paid, I expected a lot more.

The lettering didn’t come out very even. It was kind of all over the place, and I’m sure it wasn’t supposed to look that way.

I was expecting a clean, professional-looking finish, but when it arrived it looked cheap. The edges were rough and the print didn’t line up properly, so it just didn’t feel like what I paid for. To make it more confusing, one email seemed to say one thing and then another message said something different, so I wasn’t even sure what to expect by the time it showed up.

I tried placing an order, but the checkout kept glitching at the worst possible point. After I entered my card details, the page froze for a bit and then dumped me back in the basket like nothing had happened.

There wasn’t even a clear error message, so I was left wondering if I’d been charged or not. For something involving people’s payment info, I feel like the bare minimum is to be clear and trustworthy, so I ended up giving up

I tried placing an order on my phone, but the site was a pain to use. Pages were loading slowly, some buttons just wouldn’t respond, and I kept getting bounced back to the same screen like the whole thing was designed to wear me down.

The checkout was just as confusing. Half the time I couldn’t tell what was actually in my basket, which made me wonder if they were hoping I’d miss something or just give up and accept whatever was there. In the end I closed it and didn’t bother ordering.

I was a bit disappointed with the selection. There just wasn’t much to choose from, especially compared to some competitors that offer a much wider range.

It worked okay at first, but after maybe a few weeks or so, I started noticing some wear. Not terrible, just didn’t hold up as well as I was hoping.

There are definitely some nice designs in there, but reading between the lines, it feels like the range is a bit smaller than I expected. I found a few I liked, just not as many choices as I was hoping for

Maybe it’s just me, but I really expect delivery updates to be more clear when something is running late. My order was supposed to arrive by the promised date, but it didn’t show up, and I ended up having to chase for updates. Even then, I didn’t really get a straight answer. It was frustrating because I needed it on time, so I’d be hesitant to order again if delivery timing matters.

I ordered from Sweetstamp the international shipping experience was disappointing... I knew it might take a little longer, but it ended up taking way more time than I expected.
The tracking didn’t really help much either. It barely gave useful updates, so I was just left waiting and wondering where my order actually was... which got frustrating after a while.

For what I paid for shipping, I expected better communication and a smoother delivery process. I’m not sure I’d order again unless they make some improvements...
